Tech Era is a social enterprise that uses technology & capacity building programs to provide access to inclusive education and employment for persons with disabilities in order to bridge inequalities in education and employment for persons with disabilities.

Hybrid Model: Tech Era is a tech nonprofit that uses problem solving in education & disability to develop college students into innovative & servant leaders for Africa. We replicate, scale and commercialize our innovative solutions (product/service) to serve larger populations – This is how we generate funds to solve more problems and develop more leaders.
Achievement: Developed about 200 students into innovative and servant leaders in Ghana. More than 30% of our College Partners/Students have started their own impact focused organizations, initiatives, innovations or projects. Imparted over 2520 individuals with our tech innovation & case Interventions. 2 assistive technologies for early childhood and inclusive education being used in schools in Ghana. Ed tech solution used in over 10 schools to track attendance of students & teachers tackling truancy and teacher absenteeism in schools. 7 + assistive technology prototypes to be commercialized. Launched the Africa’s first Makerspace for developing affordable assistive technologies. Provided access to education & employment for children and youth with disability through home tuition, academic assistance & Internship placements.
