The AVI Mentor and Advisor Program

The AVI Mentor and Advisor Program connects fellows (mentees) to both local and global professionals over the course of the year-long incubation period. Matches are formed based upon fellow’s needs and a basic gaps analysis.

The goal of the mentor program is to provide a support group and targeted technical assistance to the fellows with critical areas within their business in order to help them meet their objectives for economic viability and social impact.

Our  mentors play an instrumental role in the personal and professional development of our budding entrepreneurs. The program is unique in its design because it goes beyond the usual one-on-one mentor opportunity and handcrafts a community that meets for pooled mentor meetings while mentors co-design fellow growth plan sessions which creates cross-sector learning and exposure to a wide range of perspectives. Our fellows also have access to a network of professional advisors who are experts in their fields who offer their time and resources to help the fellows
